It has always been keen to follow the quality standards and rules in construction whether they relate to private residential construction, multistorey buildings and commercial or industrial buildings standards.

Some previous projects and achievements included construction of some industrial buildings in Sitra Island, and some commercial buildings on Budaiya Highway. Also, the construction of residential buildings and villas in the capital and the northern governorates, as well as the construction of residential complexes, gym, and schools in the northern governorate. This is in addition to the maintenance and development of luxury palaces in the northern governorate.
